摘要
目的 对新研制的产品Pri-trac定位器的定位性能进行检测,并与钉、盘2种定位器的定位性能进行比较。方法 用Pri-trac、Accu-trac和Tecno-line pin定位器制作活动代型,测量锯开前和锯开后反复取戴30次的三维位置改变,测量精度为1μm。结果 3种定位器制作的活动代型,在水平面上的位置改变无显著性差异,在垂直方向上Tecno-line pin定位器制作的活动代型明显向上移位。结论 Pri-trac定位器的定位精度已达Accu-trac定位器的定位标准,在垂直方向上两种盘式定位器较Tecno-line pin定位器精确。
Objective This study evaluates the positional accuracy of a new product-Pri-trac system,and compared the positional accuracy between the pin system and tray system. Method Removable dies were made with Pri-trac, Accu-trac and Tecno-line positional systems and the three dimenttional positional changes between preremoval and postremoved die postilion were measured with 1 μm of measurement accuracy. Results Three systems are not significantly different on horizontal plane, although the Tecno-line pin has a significant movement in the vertical plane.Conclusion The positional accuracy of Pri-trac system has achieved the standard of Accu-trac system while the two tray systems are more accurate than Tecno-line Pin system in vertical direction.
