There has been a close connection between power load and heating load. Heat electricity cogeneration can achieve energy saving and improve environmental quality. In this paper, gray system incidence theory is used to analyze the relationship between them. It is hoped to provide a scientific base for whether to adopt heat electricity cogeneration.
