经尿道不同温度射频治疗125例前列腺增生症的疗效观察

摘要 目的 :探讨不同温度射频治疗前列腺增生症 (BPH)的疗效 ;方法 :1 2 5例前列腺增生症患者 59例射频温度控制在 45℃~ 48℃ ,66例前列腺增生患者射频温度控制在58℃~ 62℃ ;结果 :两温度组治疗后均有效果 ,高温度组疗效更为明显 ;结论 :在前列腺增生患者中对不愿手术或不能接受手术治疗的患者 ,行射频治疗疗效是肯定的。 To Review the radio frequency therapy of benign p rostatic hyperplasia by varyjing temperature at altitude of 2260m.Metho ds:A total of 125 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia,age ranged from 54 to 89 years, were identified by performing B type ultrasound,CT,anal and urine flow rate examination,and excluded the prostatic carcinoma. 59 subjec ts received treatment with 45℃ to 48℃ radio-frequency via urethra; 66 cases re ceived 58℃ to 62℃.Result s:There were good efficacy of various radio-frequency temperature on the patients with prostatic hyperplasia,but the higher temperature was better on treatment in th is test.Conclusion:It is a good therapeutic way in clinical tre atment to use available radio-frequency temperature for benign prostatic hyperplasia at mild altitude.
