摘要
目的 :建立本实验室正常值 ,以便对本地区有关疾病的诊断和治疗提供依据 ;方法 :用放射免疫法分析测定 2 72例不同年龄的健康人血清骨钙素 (BGP)含量 ;结果 :幼儿组、儿童组、老年组的血清BGP含量 ,在性别间无明显差异。青少年组及成人组男性高于女性 ;结论 :血清BGP反映成骨细胞的功能活动状态 ,由于骨形成的速度在不同的生长发育阶段存在差异 ,所以可出现不同年龄段的血清BGP含量的变化。
To obtain the eligible BGP (bone glaprotein) lev el in our laboratory in Xining so that furnishes the evidence for diagnosis and tr eatment of diseases.Methods:272 healthy subjects were randomly a ssigned to the infant group (2～6 years old),the children group (7～12 years old ), the juvenile group (13～18 years), adult group (20～50 years) and senile group (60～77 years). And the serum level of BGP was measured by radiaoimmunoassay.Results:The level of s erum BGP has n ot markedly difference in both sexes in infant, children, and senile group. The level of serum BGP were higher in males than that in females in juvenile and adu lt group.Conclusion:There is a difference of level of BGP in var ious aged popu lation in Xining, it is higher in male juvenile compared with that in female, co ntrary in senile population.
