从材料选用、质量保证体系、设计文件、质量监督、焊接方法及规范、焊后无损检验等方面对三峡 12 0 0t桥式起重机提出了较高的要求 ,从而对这台起重机的质量进行了控制 ,保证了产品质量 。
Demanding requirements on the 1 200 t overhead traveling crane used in The Three Gorges Pioject are put forward from aspects of material selection,quality security system,design documents,quality supervision,welding methods and regulations and after-welding nondestructive inspection.Quality control of this crane is performed according to these requirements and product quality is guaranteed.Thus good company impressiveness is set up.
