摘要
对宁波港 5 6t铁矿石桥式抓斗卸船机悬臂梁腹板产生的大范围剪切裂纹的原因作了分析 ,认为在接触剪应力和弯曲剪应力共同作用下产生主裂纹 ,二次裂纹则是由弯曲法应力和垂直剪应力引起的。并对该裂纹进行焊接修理。其对桥架型港口起重机的金属结构设计。
This paper analyzes the causes of shear crack in cantilever beam web for 56t iron ore bridge-type grab ship unloader at Ningbo Port.It is believed that the main crack is caused by the common actions of contact shear stress and bending shear stress,and the second cracks are caused by bending normal stress and vertical shear stress.Meanwhile welding repair of the cracks are performed.It provides reference and lesson to the metal structure design of bridge-type port cranes and their operation and management.
