乳腺上皮不典型增生表皮生长因子受体及DNA含量的测定与分析

摘要 目的 探讨表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)在乳腺增生症中表达的意义及其与DNA含量的关系。方法 应用免疫组化方法结合图像分析技术对根据Page标准分为三级的44例乳腺增生症(FCD)及28例乳腺浸润性导管癌(IDC)的EGFR表达及DNA含量进行测定,其中二、三级为不典型增生。结果 乳腺增生症Ⅲ级(FCD_3)的EGFR表达率最高,其次为FCD_2、IDC及FCD_1,最低为NMB组,除FCD_1与NMB组外,其余相邻组间均有显著性差异(P<0.05);在乳腺增生症病例中EGFR阳性病例的DNA含量显著高于EGFR阴性的病例。结论(1)EGFR过度表达可能是乳腺上皮不典型增生的一个重要特征;(2)EGFR阳性表达的乳腺上皮细胞具有更高的增殖活性。 Objective To investigate the different value of expression of Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) between in the fibrocystic disease of breast (FCD) and in breast cancer. Method EGFR were determined in 44 cases of FCD which was subdivided into 3 grades according to Page's criterion, 28 case of invasive ductual carcinoma of breast (IDC) by immunochemical method, and their DNA content was determined by Image analysts technology (IAT) . Results The rate of expression of EGFR was highest in FCD3 (80. 00% ), the rate was reduced gradually in order of FCD grade 2, IDC and FCD grade 1, the lowest in human normal breast tissue (NMB) (20.00% ). Among them, there was no statistically difference in the rate of expression of EGFR between NMB and FCD grade 1. In the cases of FCD, the mean DNA level in the cases of EGFR positive was significant higher than in the cases of EGFR negative. Conclusion The results suggest: ( 1) In patients with FCD, expression of EGFR might be a maker of adenosis with atypical hyperplasic. (2)The epithelial cell of EGFR Positive has a higher potential of hyperplasic.
