摘要
在激光固化快速成型中,零件的制作方向直接影响着零件的制作精度和制作时间。这里综合考虑零件制作过程中的变形、台阶效应、过固化和制作时间等因素,提出了制作方向优化模型。并使用逐步搜索法、步长加速法、单纯形法和遗传算法对模型进行了优化运算,并通过实验对优化的结果进行了验证。
In SL, The part building orientation will directly influence building quality and cost. In consideration of deformation, step-effect, over-curing and building time, an optimization objective of the building orientation is defined, which has been calculated by using Step-By-Step Searching Method, Hook-Jeeves Method, Simplex Method and GA Method. The best method is selected through contrast.
