疝环充填式无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝体会

A clinical experience of treating groin hernias with the mesh and plug hernia repair

目的 探讨疝环充填式无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝的特点。方法 采用美国Bard公司生产的Bard mesh,Perfix plug治疗89例腹股沟疝,观察手术时间、切口疼痛、活动能力恢复、并发症和复发率。结果 手术平均时间为29 min,切口无明显疼痛,无紧绷感;术后6～8 h下床活动,2周恢复日常工作;术后切口血肿1例,腹股沟区局部肿胀1例,尿潴留1例;无切口感染;随访2～34个月,无一例复发。结论 疝环充填式无张力修补手术操作方便,损伤少,恢复快,复发率低,适用范围广,是理想有效的疝修补术。

Objective To approach the characteristics of the mesh and plug tension- free hernia repair in groin hernia. Methods The mesh and plug tension - free hernia repair was administered in 89 patients of groin hernia with the Band Mesh and Perfix plug offered by Band Company in U. S. A. The operation time, postoperative pain, patient' s mobility recovery, complications and recurrence rate were followed up. Results The average operation time was 29 minutes. Postoperative pain was not distinctive and there was no tension in the inguinal region. The patients could move 6~ 8 hours after operation and recover to ordinary daily activities in two weeks. One had wound subcutaneous hematom, one had local swelling in the inguinal region and another had retention of urine. No wound infection and no recurrence in 89 patients who were followed- up for 2-34 months. Conclusions The mesh and plug tension - free hernia repair is easy to be administered, with minor lesion, quickly recovery, lower recurrence and more wider to be used. It is a most advanced and effective method in treating groin hernia.
