摘要
目的 在PMMA树脂义齿表面沉积类金刚石碳(DLC)膜改善义齿的耐磨性能。方法 采用真空阴极镀膜方法在PMMA树脂及义齿表面沉积DLC膜,应用光电子能谱仪及喇曼光谱仪确定为DLC膜,通过沉积DLC膜及未沉积DLC膜树脂样品的显微硬度测试、耐磨试验及耐磨试验前后磨痕宽度的测定,观察结果进行统计学处理。结果 镀膜与未镀膜PMMA树脂试件显微硬度、磨痕宽度经统计学检验差异有显著性,经显微观察镀膜后PMMA树脂试件磨痕浅而窄,未镀膜试件磨痕深而宽。结论 PMMA树脂义齿表面沉积DLC膜能显著改善耐磨性。
Objective To improve the function of the wear-resisting of PMMA resin denture through depositing the film of diamond like carbon (DLC) on the surface. Methods DLC films were deposited by vacuum cathodic on the PMMA resin denture and samples. The samples were tested by XPS and Raman spectroscopy, which demonstrated the films on the PMMA resin were DLC film. The PMMA resin samples which deposited and did not deposit on the DLC film were tested by their micro hardness and wear-resisting. The results were statistically analyzed. Results The micro hardness and width of milling mark were significantly different. The milling mark of the samples of PMMA resin which deposited on the DLC film was shallow and narrow by microscopy, while the milling mark of the samples of PMMA resin which didn't deposit on the DLC film was deep and wide. Conclusion The function of wear-resistance of the PMMA resin denture could be improved notably through depositing on the DLC film.
