台州市69所乡镇卫生院医生基本情况的调查

Survey on the general conditions of the doctors in 69 county - owned health centers of Taizhou

目的 了解目前台州市乡镇卫生院医生基本情况。方法通过书面形式调查了69所乡镇卫生院医生。结果得知目前该市乡镇卫生院医生学历、职称偏低,脱产学习人数少,学习次数及时间少,同时存在着部分医生专科从医。结论 为实施有效的初级卫生保健,建议应尽快培养一支具有高素质的,能做到诊断、治疗、保健、康复和预防为一体化服务的第一线基层全科医生。就目前情况应积极鼓励大学生到乡镇卫生院工作,并且应创造条件对现乡镇卫生院医生进行有计划地正规化培训。

[Objective]To learn the general conditions of the doctors in 69 county - owned health centers of Taizhou. [Methods] Doctors from 69 county - owned health centers were investigated through papers. [Results]Doctors investigated have low academic degree and title of technical post, spend little time studying; some of the practitioners have only associate degree. [Conclusion]It is suggested that a group of high - quality rural practitioners be set up as soon as possible. As far as the current situation is concerned, measures should be taken to encourage medical college graduates to work in rural health centers and to provide regular trainings for the present doctors.
