目的:探讨升阳法对疑难杂症的治疗作用。方法:运用李东坦升发脾阳对多种疑难杂症在出现脾胃虚弱,气虚下陷之证时采用异病同治。结果:用升阳法治重症肌无力(全身型),完全性右束支传导阻滞左前半支传导阻滞,酒精性肝硬化腹水,慢性肾炎尿毒症,皆取得可靠疗效。结论:升阳法不仅可以治疗一般的脾胃虚弱的慢性病,也可用于治疗临床上脾阳虚陷较棘手的疑难杂症。

Objective: To investigate the effects of complicated disease by elevating poitive. Methods: using Donghengli's elevating spleen's positive to treat with spleen feak and depression by the same Method.Results: it is effective to treat with myasthemia gravis, chronic glomerulonephritis, Right bundle branch block, ethanol liver cirrhosis. Conclusion: Not only elevating positive can treat with common chronic diseases such as feak of spleen and stomach, but also to deal with the complicated disease.
