Introduce the characteristic of the new Super Flash memory 39SF020 of the SST,Inc .The I/O interface character, read/write program and some notice in use are also included. Combining with the practical application, the writer briefly describe the connection between the 39SF020 and the 80C196KC MCU when integrated into a circuit breaker monitoring system.
