经导管堵闭术在先天性心脏病治疗中的应用

Transcatheter closure operation in congenital heart disease

目的探索和评价经导管堵闭术在先天性心脏病治疗中的效果和价值。方法用Amplatzer堵闭器对12例先天性心脏患者在局麻或基础加强化麻醉下经导管进行堵闭术,其中室间隔缺损(VSD)6例,房间隔缺损(ASD)4例,动脉导管未闭(PDA)2例,年龄2-20岁。结果12例患者堵闭1次成功,心脏杂音消失,术后6-12 h下床活动,4-6 d痊愈出院。结论用Amplatzer堵闭器经导管堵闭部分先天性心脏病,创伤小、操作简便、恢复性、效果好,是一种值得推广的好方法。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of transcatheter operation in treatment of congenital heartdisease.Methods Twelve padents aged from 2 to 20 years, with congenital heart diseases, including ventricular septal defects (VSD) in 6,atrial sepal defects(ASD) in 4,and patent arterial duct (PAD) in 2, were treated with Amplaztzer occlusionful device under local or basal plus potentiated anesthesia. Results The procedure was successful in all patients, resulting in disappearance of cardiac murmur. All patients were ambulant 6 to 12 hours after operation,and were discharged from hospital at days 4 to 6. Conclusions Transcatheter treatment of congenital cardiac defects by Amplatzer occlusion device is mini traumatic,and has good effect.
