肺部感染3种治疗方案的药物经济学研究

Pharmcoeconomic study on three protocols for treatment of pulmonary infection

目的从经济学的角度比较不同药物治疗方案对同一种疾病所产生的临床效果。方法运用药物经济学中成本效果分析方法对肺部感染的治疗方案,即A、B、C方案进行回顾性分析评价。结果B方案为最佳方案。结论在药物治疗中引入经济学的手段,对合理用药,节省药物资源,减轻患者及全社会的负担等方面都有很大的指导意义。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efiectiveness protocts of three different drugs therapy for the same illness according to the economic principle.Methods The efiectiveness of protocols A,B and C for pulmonary infection was estimated by cost-effect analysis. Results Protocol B was the best. Conclusions The drug treatment based economic principle is conductive to the rational use of drug, saving drug resources and lessening the economic burden of patients, and the society.
