摘要
本文在数据包络分析(DEA)的C^2R模型基础上,以同一学校的全体教师为研究对象,建立了教师教学效益的评价模型,从教师教学的投入产出上对教师教学效益进行分析和评价,为管理者决策提供参考依据。
Based on the theory of Data Envelopment Analysis, this paper evaluates teachers' teaching effect and gives the base of decision - making to the manager of school.
