胃动健合剂的质量控制

The Research on Quality Standard of Weidongjian Mixtrues

目的:为控制胃动健合剂质量,建立山楂、黄连、槟榔、木香、厚朴的薄层色谱(TLC)鉴别及正丁醇提取物定量测定。方法:采用TLC进行定性鉴别,并测定了正丁醇提取物的总含量。结果:鉴别方法专属性强,定量方法简便、准确、可行。结论:本法可有效地控制胃动健合剂的质量。

Objective : In order to control the quality of Weidongjian mixtures, a TLC method was established to separation Shan Zha,Huang Lian,Bing Lang,Mu Xiang,Hou Pu and determine the quantitation of n-Butanol extraction. Method: Shan Zha,Huang Lian.Bin Lang.Mu Xiang,Hou Pu in sample were indentified by TLC and the quantitation of n-Butanol extraction by extractable method. Results: The discrimination is specific and the quantitative analysis method is simple fass and accurate. The average were 13.4% and the RSD was 1.60%. Conclusion : This method can control the quality of Weidongjian mixtures.
