精神疾病与气象要素相关性研究

A study of the relationship between mental disorders and the key weather factors

目的 探讨精神分裂症和抑郁症的发病与气象要素之间的相关性。方法 对 1997年— 1999年在南京脑科医院住院的精神病人资料与对应的 3年南京市气象资料进行对比分析 ,并划出曲线图 ,找出两者之间的规律性。结果 精神分裂症易发的气象条件是气压下降 ,日温差小 ;抑郁症易发的气象条件是气压上升 ,日温差加大。结论 气象要素是影响精神疾病发病的影响因素之一。

Objective To explore the relationship between schizophrenia and depression and the key weather factors.Methods To analyse the information of psychotic patients in Nanjing Brain Hospital from 1997 to 1999 and the corresponding weather information in these three years;then,to make a standard curve based on the results of analysis,and explore the relationship between the two information.Results Under the weather conditon of low air pressure and small difference in temperature between day and night,the schizophrenia are prone to occur;under the weather condition of high air pressure and big difference in temperature between day and night,the depression are prone to occur.Conclusion The key weather factor is one of factors influencing the occurence of mental disorders.
