摘要
目的 :建立地黄降糖颗粒的质量标准。方法 :采用TLC法对处方中地黄、绞股蓝、苍术、玄参进行鉴别 ;用薄层扫描法测定菝葜皂苷元的含量。结果 :在TLC色谱中检出地黄、绞股蓝、苍术、玄参 ;菝葜皂苷元在 0 92~ 4 6 μg范围内显良好的线性关系 ,r=0 9998,平均回收率 99 16 % ,RSD为 0 84%。结论 :所建立的方法简便可行 ,重现性好 ,为地黄降糖颗粒质量控制提供了方法。
Objective:To establisha quality standard for Dihuang Jiangtang Granule.Methods:Raidx Rehmanniae,Herba Gynostemmae,Rhizoma Atractylodis and Radix Scrophulariae were identified by TLC.Sarsasapogenin was determined by TLC-Scanning.Results:Radix Rehmannlae,Harba Gynostemmae,Rhizoma Atractylodis and Radix Scrophulariae were detected by TLC.A good linear relationship was noted at the range of 0^92~4.6 μg of sarsasa pogenin,(r0^9998).The average recovery was 99^16%,and RSD was 0^84%.Conclusion:The established methods are simple,feasible and reproducible.This study provided a method for the quality control of Dihuang Jiangtang Guanule.
