A study on how to make use of highschools' PE resources to cultivate community PE instructors

针对目前我国社会体育指导员队伍的现状,阐述了利用高校的体育资源培养社会体育指导员的必要 性和优势,提出了培养社会体育指导员的实施办法.

This article begins with an analysis of the current situation of community PE instructors in our country, then to illustrate the necessity and advantages of making use of high schools' resources to cultivate community PE instructors, and at last, ends in producing practical mays to do so.
