摘要
目的了解贵州省心脑血管病社区防治示范点黔灵镇人群高血压的知晓率、治疗率和控制率。方法于 2 0 0 1年 4月在贵州省心脑血管病社区防治示范点黔灵镇对 1 5岁以上人群 6 372人进行普查并随机抽样 2 4 0 0人进行问卷调查。高血压诊断按《中国高血压防治指南》标准。结果检出高血压 1 4 90人 ,患病率达 2 3 42 % ,患病人群中 ,知晓率仅 1 7 1 % ,治疗率 1 3 0 % ,控制率 4 6 %。结论社区人群的高血压知晓率、治疗率和控制率很低 ,应引起重视并采取得力的社区防治对策。
Objective To investigate the hypertension Awareness, treatment and control rates in Guiyang demonstration township of prevention and treatment of brain-cardiovascular disease. Methods In the township hypertension of 6 372 cases above 15 years was generally studied and relative knowledge was observed in 2 400 randomly selected peoples, in April, 2001. Results In the community, the morbidity was 23.42%. Among the patients with hypertension, awareness rate, treatment rate and control rate were 17.1%, 13.0%, 4.6% respectively. Conclusion Prevention and treatment of hypertension in the township is very important.
