前列腺副神经节瘤(附二例报告)

Paraganglioma of prostate(report of 2 cases)

目的 总结前列腺副神经节瘤的临床、病理特征及诊治方法。 方法 报告前列腺副神经节瘤 2例 ,肿瘤组织均行神经元特异性烯醇化酶 (NSE)、嗜铬A和PSA免疫组化染色。结合文献复习 ,总结诊断和治疗情况。 结果 2例前列腺副神经节瘤均为无功能性。病理检查符合副节瘤组织学特征 ,NSE和嗜铬A阳性 ,PSA阴性。 1例发生局部转移 ,行髂内动脉栓塞加化疗术 ,肿瘤萎缩 ,现病情稳定 ,另 1例伴发良性前列腺增生 ,行经尿道前列腺电切术 ,疗效满意。 结论 前列腺副神经节瘤是极罕见的前列腺肿瘤 ,其临床和病理特征具有特殊性治疗宜采用手术切除肿瘤。

Objective To study the clinical presentation,histopathological and immunohistochemical features,the diagnosis and treatment of paraganglioma of prostate. Methods The clinical records of the two patients with prostatic paraganglioma were reviewed, as well as the histology of them. The tumors were stained immunochemically with neuron-specific enclosenolase,chromogranin and prostate-specific antigen. Results Both of the two cases of paraganglioma of prostate were elderly men.One of them presented with hematuria and local metastasis was found by CT.The other presented with obstructive symptoms due to co-existent benign prostatic hyperplasia.The typical immunochemical findings were consistent with paraganglioma.Local excision and interventional therapeutic embolization were performed. Conclusions Paraganglioma of prostate is recognized to be a kind of very rare neoplasm with unique clinical and histopathological features.Total excision of tumor may be curative for benign paraganglioma.
