摘要
目的 研究硫丹对小鼠子宫内膜细胞的增殖作用。方法 将成年雌性小鼠去势后 ,给予不同剂量的硫丹0 5、1 5、3 0mg (kg·d)连续 5d ,观察子宫内膜细胞有丝分裂指数和嗜银染色颗粒数。结果 给硫丹低、中、高 3个剂量组有丝分裂指数的中位数分别为 3 0、3 5和 4 75 ,均高于阴性对照组 (2 0 ) ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1) ,且有明显的剂量 效应关系。同时各组之间的嗜银染色颗粒数差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1) ,阴性对照组、硫丹低、中、高剂量组和阳性对照组的均值分别为 2 12、2 77、3 3 9、3 88、4 44 ,给硫丹的各剂量组都比阴性对照组高 ,并有明确的剂量 效应关系。结论 硫丹能促进子宫内膜细胞DNA的转录和复制 ,加速细胞的分裂和增殖 ,因此 。
Objective To study the proliferative effect of endosulfan on endometrium in mice.Methods The ovariectomized sexual mature female ICR mice were administrated with endosulfan(0\^5,1\^5,3\^0 mg/(kg·d)) through peros for five days.The proliferative effects were evaluated by mitotic index(MI) and argyrophilic nucleolar organizer region\|associated proteins(Ag NORs).Results The medians of MI in the endosulfan treated groups were 3\^0,3\^5 and 4\^75 respectively,which were significantly different from that of negative control( P <0\^01).The means of Ag\|NORs in negative control group,low,medium,high dosage groups,and the positive control group were 2\^12,2\^77,3\^39,3\^88 and 4\^44 respectively.The difference between the three dosage groups and the negative control was significant( P <0\^01).There was definite dose\|response relationship among the three dosage groups in MI and Ag\|NORs.Conclusion Endosulfan can promote DNA transcription and proliferation of endometrial cells in mice,therefore,it is likely to act as an estrogen in vivo.
