抗衰延寿方对老年鼠肝DNA碱变性增色效应的影响 被引量:2

摘要 研究鼠肝DNA碱变性增色效应的年龄相关性及抗衰延寿方对老年鼠肝DNA碱变性增色效应的影响。结果表明,肝DNA碱变性增色效应老年鼠对照组高于青年鼠对照组(P<O.01);老年鼠药物组低于老年鼠对照组(P<0.01)。提示,鼠肝DNA碱变性增色效应随年龄增加而增高;抗衰延寿方能阻止老年鼠肝DNA碱变性增色效应的增高性改变。推测抗衰延寿方能减少鼠肝DNA的损伤,维持DNA正常的有序结构。 This paper deals with the correlation between age and hyperchromic effect of alkali denaturated DNA as well as with the effect of the compound on the hyperchromic effect of alkalied denaturated DNA of old rats or mice. The result shows that the hyperchromic effect of alkalied denaturated DNA in the liver of old rats or mice is obviously higher than that of the young rats or mice respectively(P < 0.01),the hyperchromic effect of alkalied denaturated DNA in the liver of old rats or mice fed with the compound is distinctly lower than that of ather old rats or mice fed without the compound (P<0.01). The above-mentioned results suggest that the hyperchromic effect of alkalied denaturated DNA increases with age and that the KSYS com- pound can hinder the rise in hyperchromic effect of alkalied denaturated DNA in the liver of old rats or mice. The effect of the KSYS compound may be that it decreases DNA damage and maintains the normal DNA sturcture of the liver in old rats or mice.
