摘要
观察到老年小鼠肝DNA熔解温度和热增色效应均显著高于青年小鼠;服用抗衰延寿方后,老年小鼠DNA熔解温度和热增色效应均显著低于对照老年小鼠。结果表明抗衰延寿方可以改善老年小鼠肝DNA熔解温度和热增色效应老化性改变。
The effects of KSYS compound on the thermal stability of old mice hepatic DNA were studied in this experiment. The results were as follows: The melting temperature and hyperchromic effect of old mice hepatic DNA were obviously higher than those of young mice hepatic DNA; The melting temperature and hyperchromic effect of hepatic DNA from old mice fed KSYS compound were obviously lower than those from old mice without KSYS compound. The results showed that KSYS compound can improve ageing changes of old mice hepatic DNA melting temperature and hyperchuomic effect
