摘要
研究抗衰延寿方对老年大鼠肝细胞核DNA单链断裂的影响。结果表明,老年犬鼠肝细胞核DNA单链断裂点比青年大鼠多(P<0.05)。抗衰延寿方增加老年大鼠肝细胞细胞核双链DNA解旋剩余率(即减少DNA单链断裂)17.3％。
The effect of KSYS compound on DNA single-strand break in old rat liver nuclie were studied in this experiment, The result shows that DNA single-strand break in liver nuclei of old rats is obviously more than that of young rats (P<0.05). KSYS compound can decrease DNA single-strand break in old rat liver nuclei.
