跨国公司对外直接投资理论演进可分为三个阶段,即完全竞争与对外直接投资阶段;不完全竞争与对外直接投资阶段,折衷理论对跨国公司所有权和跨国公司经营权的分析阶段。这三个阶段的理论都有其局限性,比较起来第三阶段的折衷理论的概括性、广泛性和实用性要优于前两个理论。

The theory of foreign direct investment of multinational corporation can be divided into three stages, the stage of complete competition and foreign direct in vestment, incomplete competition and foreign direct investment, the analysis of middle theory against the property right and operation right of multinational corporation. The article think that the third stage is better than the first and second stage.
