摘要 利用铝熔体与加入的纯铁粉发生原位反应,生成Fe Al金属间化合物粒子,并通过强烈的机械搅拌使之均匀分布到整个铝熔体中,然后将这种半固态混合熔体进行金属型浇注,获得铝基复合材料。通过金相和成分衍射分析表明,所得到的金属间化合物增强体为Al3Fe,它的晶粒细小且分布均匀,能使铝基复合材料具有较高的力学性能和组织稳定性。此外,探讨了该材料的强化机制、制备技术的经济性和存在的问题。 AlFe intermetallics particles could be obtained by using the reaction in situ between Alliquid and purity Fe powder,meanwhile evenly distributed in Al mixing melt by the drive of forceful mechanical stirring force,then poured the mixing semisolid melt into metal mould to get Al matrix composites. Metallography study and component diffraction analyzing showed that the intermetallics particles were Al3Fe,which have small size and even distribution in the purity Al matrix. The property test and microstructure study of the Al matrix composites showed it has good mechanical property and steady microstructure. It was also discussed the strengthen mechanism of the Al matrix composites reinforced by reaction synthesis Al3Fe and the economical efficiency of this type of processing and the existent problems at present.
