摘要
根据铜 钢反向凝固复合试验的实际情况,建立了温度场的计算模型,应用ANSYS软件模拟了钢带厚度和预热温度、浸渍复合时间以及铜液温度对铜凝固复合层厚度变化的影响。
The calculation model of temperature field was established according to the actual experimental conditions of coppersteel inversion casting. The effect of the thickness and preheating temperature of steel,the dipping time,and the liquid copper temperature on the thickness variation of copper clad layer was calculated by using ANSYS software.
