摘要
本文研究圆盘式磁流变传动机构主要结构参数的设计,它涉及装置的动态品质、磁流变流体的物理性能和机构运行条件。讨论传动机构传递的力矩、动态品质、调速范围、粘性功率损失、传动系统刚度、转速差-磁场强度系数等,它们与圆盘内外半径、间隙、剪切速率、外加磁场强度、MRF的零磁场粘度和屈服应力有关。
This paper studies the design of a disk - shaped magnetorheological actuator' s main structural parameters. It involves with the dynamic characteristics of the actuator, the physical properties of the MRF as well as the operating conditions of the actuator. Transmitted torque, dynamic quality, range of speed regulation, viscous power loss, stiffness of the actuator, as well as speed difference- magnetic intensity coefficient of are discussed in this paper. All of these are related to inner & outer diameters of the disc, clearance height, shear rate, applied magnetic intensity, off state viscosity and yield stress.
