摘要
本文以静压支承连杆瓦的抗干扰能力作为优化目标,将其结构设计转化为一个参数优化问题,并利用MATLAB的优化工具箱实现了1JMD-100N型曲轴连杆式液压马达静压支承连杆瓦的结构设计,简化了设计过程,从而避免了手工计算的反复校验过程,并得到了两个具有指导意义的结论。
This paper converts the structure design of hydrostatic supporting bush to a parametric optimum problem by taking its anti - jamming capability as optimization object and realizes the structure optimum design for the bush of model 1JMD - 100B crank - shaft and rod type hydraulic motor by using MATLAB optimization toolbox.This simplifies the design process and avoids the cross- check processes. In the meantime, it derives two conclusions with guiding significance.
