摘要
采用有限元法对液压打号机进行静态和模态数值模拟。得到了床身采用不同材料及不同截面形状时打号机的应力、变形分布云图,前五阶固有频率和振型,为新产品的设计提供了理论依据。
Finite element method is used to static and modal numerical simulation of hydraulic numbering press. Static stress and deformation contours, natural frequencies and mode shapes of the first five orders are obtained when the body of the press is with various of materials and cross section shapes. The results provide theoretical basis for designing new product.
