摘要
文分析了原砼泵车开式液压系统中存在的问题,并提出了性能优越的技术改造方案,其特点是采用了先进的电磁比例恒功率泵、双向平衡阀的节流回路等多项技术,重点解决了原开式液压系统中存在的换向冲击大的问题,对于其他类型的开式液压系统提供了宝贵的实践经验。
The text analyzed the problems which existing in the primary sap pressure system of the concrete pump and hold out the rebuilding technic program with superior guality. The speciality is the adoption of the advanced electronetity proportion of flattish effection pump, and the recruitment of interdirection of equibrium vave and other technologies. What s more the essay solved the problem of the old working system on alterat-ing directions to make big shocks. It provided much practical experiences for other open sap pressure systems.
