Establishing and Managing CAPP Knowledge BAse Under the Environment of Computer Networks

本文提出了建立网络环境下CAPP(计算机辅助工艺设计)工艺知识库的思想,以实现企业可共用资源的共享,为企业在最短时间内给出零件的工艺规程,快速响应市场需求提供便利。同时还可以为企业在开发CAPP系统时的知识获取中节省大量的人力、物力和财力。分析了建立知识库时的几项关键问题,介绍了如何建立和管理知识库的方法。

the paper puts forward the idea of establishing CAPP knowledge base under the environment of computer networks in order to realize the share of common reaources of enterprises and to make it convenient for enterprises to give out the machining process of parts in the shortest time and to respond to markets' requirements rapidly. Meanwhile, the idea may help enterprises save a large number of manpower, material resources and financial capacity. Several key problems when establishing the knowledge base are analysed and the methods of establishing and managing knowledge base are introduced respectively.
