α_1-ACT、α_1-AT和TF在腺淋巴瘤中的表达和意义

摘要 目的 检测抗糜蛋白酶(α_1-antichymotrypsin/α_1-ACT)、抗胰蛋白酶(α_1-antirtypsin/α_1-AT)及转铁蛋白(transferrin/TF)在腺淋巴瘤和腮腺正常组织中的表达,对腺淋巴瘤的上皮的组织发生学进行初步探讨。方法 应用免疫组织化学技术检测32例腺淋巴瘤和正常腮腺α_1—ACT、α_1-AT和TF的表达。结果α_1-ACT和α_1—AT主要分布于腔细胞,TF主要分布于基底细胞;腺淋巴瘤上皮成分和腮腺腺泡细胞、闰管细胞有相似的免疫表达特征。结论 腺淋巴瘤两层上皮细胞形态结构不同,功能分化有差异;腺淋巴瘤和正常腮腺组织腺泡细胞、闰管细胞之间可能存在组织发生学联系。 Objective To investigate the expression of α1 - antichymotrypsin (α1 - ACT) ,α1 - antitrypsin(α1 -AT) and transferring (TF) in adenolymphoma tumors. Methods The presence of α1 - ACT,α1 - AT and TF in 32 cases with adenolymphoma tumor were examined by using the immunohistochemistry method ( SABC). Results In the epithelial components of adenolymphoma tumors, α1-ACT and α1 -AT were observed predominatly in the luminal cells. On the contrary,TF was more often observed in the basal cells. The immunophentotype of the epithelial components of adenolymphoma tumors was similar to the normal serous acinar and intercalated duct cells. Conclusion The luminal cells were different from the based cells not only in histomorphology but also in functional differentiation. The epithelial components of adenolymphoma tumors may drive from the intercalated duct cells.
