The inhibition of verapamil on gingival fibroblast migration from tissue fragment

目的 评价维拉帕米对牙龈成纤维细胞移出的影响。方法 采用牙龈组织块培养的方法,在培养液中加入10^(-4)M维拉帕米,观察牙龈成纤维细胞的移出。结果 在维拉帕米的作用下,组织块周围无细胞移出。撤除维拉帕米后,组织块周围出现成纤维细胞。结论 维拉帕米抑制牙龈成纤维细胞的迁移。

Objective To evaluate the influence of verapamil on gingival fibroblast migration. Methods Cell migration from gingival fragment cultured in medium containing 10-4M verapamil was observed. Results There was no cell migration from tissue fragment cultured with medium containing 10 M verapamil. After withdrawal of verapamil, fibroblast was able to migrate from the gingival fragment. Conclusion Verapamil inhibits migration of gingival fibroblasts.
