上颌前方牵引联合Ⅲ类颌间牵引矫正严重骨性Ⅲ类错(牙合)

Effects of face mask/class Ⅲ elastic therapy on severe skeletal crossbite

目的 评价上颌前方牵引联合Ⅲ类颌间牵引矫正严重骨性反(牙合)的疗效,为临床矫正严重骨性Ⅲ类错(牙合)提供一种行之有效的方法。方法 应用上颌前方牵引联合Ⅲ类颌间牵引对32例(平均年龄11.8岁)替牙期儿童的严重骨性Ⅲ类错(牙合)进行治疗,并对治疗前后X线头影测量变化进行比较。结果 经过5～8个月(平均6.5个月)的牵引,所有患者矫治效果良好,SNA,ANB,～,IMPA,覆盖改善显著。结论 对于严重骨性Ⅲ类错(牙合),采用夜间前方牵引配合白天Ⅲ类颌间牵引,实现了对上颌实施24小时持续前牵,临床疗效显著。

Objective To evaluate the treatment effects of face mask/class Ⅲ elastic on severe skeletal crossbite and to provide an effective method for the correction of severe skeletal crossbite. Methods Thirty-two patients (at the mean age of 11.8 years) with severe skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion in mixed dention were treated with face mask/class Ⅲ elastic. Changes of pre - treatment and post - treatment cephalometric analysis were compared. Results After 5 - 8 months' (mean 6.5 months) treatment, all patients were corrected successfully and SNA, ANB,1- 1, IMPA, Overjet were showed significant changes. Conclusion The face mask/class Ⅲ elastic therapy on severe skeletal crossbite can get remarkable result.
