二苄基亚磷酸酯的合成及纯化工艺改进 被引量:2

摘要 以苯甲醇和三氯化磷为原料,在吡啶存在下合成了二苄基亚磷酸酯。采用减压柱层析进行纯化,以V_石油醚:V-乙醇=4:1为展开剂得到含量大于80%的二苄基亚磷酸酯,其纯度与市售的二苄基亚磷酸酯一致。 Dibenzyl phosphite was synthesized by benzyl alcohol and trichlorophosphorous in the presence of pyri-dine. The product is unstable,so it had to be purified first by distillation under reduced pressure lower than 0. 01 mmHg,it is time-consuming and difficult to carry out in the lab. In this paper, the product is purified by column chromatography under reduced pressure( petroleum ether: diethyl ether=4:1,V/V). After that, the purity of the product is better than 80 %, the same as the commercial product.
