摘要
以α-硝基环十二酮为原料合成12-氧代-1,15-十五内酯(1),文献报道有两种方法,即4步法和4步一锅法,后者的收率高于前者,对前者收率低的原因进行了研究,并在此基础上用4步两锅法以α-硝基环十二酮为原料合成了1,总收率77.0%。
There are two methods in the literature for the preparation of 12-oxo-1. 15-pentadecanolide(1) from α-ni-trocyclododecanone: four-step reaction sequence and four-step one pot reaction sequence. The total yield of the latter is higher than the former. The reason for lower total yield of the four-step reaction sequence was studied. On this basis , 1 was synthesized by four-step two pot reaction sequence from α-nitrocyclododecanone in total yield of 77%.
