北京城市变迁与水资源开发的关系

Considering of the relationships between the city changes of Beijing and its exploitations of water resources

文章论述了北京作为都城所经历的变迁及各朝对河湖水系的开发利用 ,分析了北京的自然地理环境与水资源状况 ,指出水资源在供需方面存在的问题 。

To state his ideas on the water exploitation problem of Beijing City, the author analyzes its geographical conditions and present situations of water resources after recalling the changes the city experienced especially in the area of water resources exploitation through dynasties, so as to reach his conclusion and give his proposals accordingly on the contradictions of the city's water supply and demand.
