当代中国政府管制研究于20世纪90年代兴起。从公共行政学的角度来看,当代中国政府管制特殊成因、管制职能、管制政策过程、管制权力、管制机构自身优化等问题是当前政府管制研究面临的主要问题。

The contemporary research on the governmental regulation of China burgeoned in 1990s. In view of public administration, the substantial issues concerning the research on governmental regulation fall into the following parts: the unique cause of its formation, the function, the process of the regulating policy, the power of regulation and the self-improvement of the regulating organs, etc.
