On Initiative of Man in Zhang Zai's Philosophy

张载哲学生动、深刻地阐述了人的主体性问题以及天人关系的形成,论证了"天"与人合一的现实性。张载哲学把人的崇高精神境界上升到形而上的层面,为人的精神关怀、精神理想确立起一个终极目标,这个终极目标不是虚幻的、遥不可及的,而是现实的人通过自身的努力可以接近的。

This paper demonstrates the initiative of man's in Zha ng Zai's philosophy from three parts.First,the formation of relationship between nature and man from the perspectire of the relationship of thing-in-itself an d function.Second,the establishment of ideal personality,on the basis of Zhang Z ai's philosophy on how to improve man's grant ideal state to metaphysics and fin d a ultimate aim for man's spirit care,the ultimate aim is not illusory or faraw ay,but can be neared by every one of us.Third,the concrete way of realization of the ideal personality.From the aspect of the self-cultivation,the paper points out the way.In a word,in Zhang Zai's philosophy,there is twinkling brilliance o f initiative everywhere.
