摘要
我国民间资本投资受各种制度因素的制约,因此吸引和启动我国民间资本投资的根本途径是进行投资融资制度的创新和完善私有产权保护的法律制度。
By analyzing the various systems of folk capital inves tment,the author concludes that the ultimate aim to attract and initiate folk c apital investment is to innovate the investment system for the perfection of pri vate-owned property right.
