冠心病患者的心理问题及心理干预

Psychological problems and intervention of patients with coronary heart disease

目的冠心病属心身疾病,其发生发展和转归都受着心理、社会因素的影响。探讨冠心病患者的心理卫生状况以及实施心理干预后的临床效果。方法将确诊的冠心病患者56例,分为心理干预组(A组)和常规治疗组(B组)进行比较研究,心理学量表采用SCL-90。结果冠心病患者的心理卫生问题主要是躯体化、人际敏感、抑郁和焦虑。经心理干预后A组的临床效果较B组明显,SCL-90各因子分A组也较B组下降明显,其中躯体化、人际敏感、抑郁和焦虑具有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论冠心病属心身疾病,发病与社会、心理因素有关,因此,对其治疗必须加以心理干预措施。

Aim To explore psychological health conditions and psychological intervention effects of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods SCL 90 measuring scale was put into practice in 56 patients with CHD.Comparative study was conducted between psychological intervention group (A) and routine treatment group (B).Results The main psychological problems of the patients were somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression and anxiety.SCL 90 scores of group A were significantly lower after psychological intervention than that of group B especially in somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression and anxiety (P< 0.01). Conclusion The episode of CHD,a kind of psychosomatic disorders is associated with social and psychological factors.The treatment of CHD must be combined with psychological intervention.<P>SUBJECT WORDS:coronary disease/psychology;psychophysiologic disorders;intervention studies
