新疆地区维、汉民族冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者血脂分析(英文) 被引量:30

摘要 目的通过分析维吾尔族和汉族冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病与血脂的水平,探讨两民族冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病与血脂的关系以及不同民族间的差异。方法对487例冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(维吾尔族245例,汉族242例)和167例正常人(维吾尔族75例,汉族92例)进行了血清总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)和空腹血糖(FG)的检测。组间年龄和性别均有可比性。结果维吾尔族冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病组TC,LDL-C,TG和FG水平较对照组升高(q=10.01,12.69,4.45,6.78;P<0.01),HDL-C较对照组降低(q=6.95,P<0.01)。汉族冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病组TC,LDL-C,TG和FG水平较对照组升高(q=10.06,11.89,6.35,5.96;P<0.01),HDL-C较对照组降低(P<0.01)。两民族冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病组间和对照组间差别无统计学意义(q=0.35~1.41,P>0.05)。结论血脂紊乱、血糖升高均为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的危险因素。 Aim Dyslipidemia has been identified as the primary risk factor leading to the development of coronary heart disease (CHD). The lipids changes and differences in the races of the Uygur and the Hans with coronary heart disease (CHD) were studied for researching the relationship of the lipids.Methods Serum lipids were measured including total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL C),and triglyceride (TG) as well as fasting blood glucose (FG) in the races of the Uygur and the Hans compared with 167 control persons (75 of them in the Uygur and 92 of them in the Hans) and in 487 subjects with CHD who were 245 subjects in the Uygur, and the others in the Hans. Age and sex in groups are comparable.Results The subjects in the Uygur had higher levels of TC,LDL C,TG and FG(q=10.01,12.69,4.45,6.78;P< 0.01), and lower level of HDL C in comparison with the controls (q=6.95,P< 0.01).Some similar differences were in the Hans (q=10.06,11.89,6.35,5.96, 9.82;P< 0.01). But changes in the serum lipids and FG showed no significant difference between the two ethnic groups (q=0.35- 1.41,P >0.05). Conclusion Dyslipidemia (elevated TC and LDL C, reduced HDL C, raised TG) and higher blood glucose are the risk factors of the two races with coronary heart disease (CHD).<P>
