紫外分光光度法测定羟乙桂胺霜剂中羟乙桂胺的含量

Determination of idrocilamidum in idrocilamidum cream by UV

目的 建立测定羟乙桂胺霜剂中羟乙桂胺含量的方法。方法 采用紫外分光光度法 ,测定波长为 2 73nm。结果 羟乙桂胺在 1.0 2 8～ 6 .16 8μg·ml-1(r =0 .9999)范围内 ,吸收度值与其浓度呈良好的线性关系 ,方法平均回收率为 99.94 % ,RSD为 0 .2 7% (n =6 )。结论 方法简便易行、快速、准确 ,可做为该制剂的质量控制方法。

Aim To determine the content of the idrocilamidum in idrocilamidum cream.Methods Ultravoilet spectrometry was used and the detective wavelength was 273nm.Results The calibration curve is linear in the range of 1.028～6.168μg·ml -1 (r=0.999 9) for idrocilamidum.The average recovery was 99.94% with RSD=0.27%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple,quick and accurate for the determination of idrocilamidum in idrocilamidum cream.
