九如天宝液毛细管电泳指纹图谱研究

Investigation of Fingerprint Chromatography of Jiurutianbao solution by Capillary Electrophoresis

目的 建立中成药九如天宝液毛细管电泳指纹图谱 ,为鉴别该药物的真伪提供科学依据。方法 在缓冲液为 2 5mmol·L-1硼砂 ,运行电压 2 4kV ,温度 2 5℃条件下进行电泳实验。结果 含雌蛾、雄蛾、交配蛾及蛹的九如天宝液指纹图谱特征明显。结论 以毛细管电泳法绘制中成药九如天宝液的指纹图谱快速、简便、分离效率高。

Aim To identify the Chinese traditional patent medicine jiurutianbao solution,the fingerprint chromatogram of the medicine were established by capillary electrophoresis.Methods The capillary zone electrophoresis experiment was made in 25mmol·L -1 borate with the run voltage 24kV and temperature 25℃.Result The different capillary electrophoresis fingerprint chromatograms of Jiurutianbao solution have obvious character.Conclusion To draw the fingerprint chromatogram of jiurutianbao solution by capillary electrophoresis is not only fast and simple,but has good seperation efficieny and selectivity.
