This paper gives a description of a derivation of a vector expression by using the knowledge of vector to set up the correspondence of arbitrary points and four number groups under certain conditions and thus the relation between the volumes of tetrahedrons. This will provide an effective method for solving the problem of the volum of tetrahedrons and the nature involved.
