摘要
首次运用“劳动简化法”和“生产函数法”测定了教育投资对西安市经济增长的贡献率分别为 2 8.5 8%、37.71% .
Labor Simplification Method and Production Function Method were used for the first time to measure the contribution of education investment to the economic growth in Xi'an, indicating that the contribution rates were 28.58% and 37.71% respectively. The comprehensive investment benefit was also studied. At last the strategic proposals were made for the education investment in Xi'an.
