脑出血早期活血化瘀治疗CT动态观察 被引量:12

摘要 目的 :探讨早期活血化瘀治疗脑出血对血肿吸收速度的影响及其机制探讨。方法 :将出血部位及量相类似的脑出血病人按入院顺序随机分为活血化瘀组 (治疗组 ) 2 6例及常规组 (对照组 ) 2 0例 ,进行头颅CT动态观察分析。结果 :治疗组血肿平均吸收速度明显快于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,治疗组水肿半暗带及中风囊平均面积明显小于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :脑出血早期进行活血化瘀治疗可促进血肿吸收 ,减小水肿带 ,防止细胞损伤 ,提高疗效 ,降低致残率。 Objective:To investigate whether early huoxuehuayu-therapy in treating cerebral hemorrhage may have effect on the speed of hematoma absorbed and the mechanism. Methods: Forty-six cerebral hemorrhage patients with similar hemorrhagic position and quantity were stochastically divided into two groups according to the order in hospital. 26 patients were treated with huoxuehuayu-medicine and 20 patients were given general treatment. Observe and investigate the all patients's cranial CT ambulatorily. Results: the hematoma of the huoxuehuayu-treated group was absorbed more quickly than the control group (P<0.01), the aposical penumbra and apoplexy bursa of remedial group were smaller than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Early huoxuehuayu-therapy may accelerate the hematoma of cerebral hemorrhage patients to be absorbed quickly and diminish the aposical penumbra and prevent cerebral-cells from being hurt. Therefore we may improve the clinical efficiency and reduce rate of being crippled.
